1/2 cup of fat-free cottage cheese 1 fresh tomato 1/2 clove of fresh garlic Freshly ground pepper Pour the cottage cheese into a bowl. Dice the tomato and add. Add the garlic and season with pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients together. Serve as is or chilled. (Try omitting the tomatoes, garlic and pepper and add berries for a tasty alternative dessert or breakfast!)
