4 chicken breasts

2 tbsp of fat-free plain yogurt
3 tbsp of sun dried tomato paste
1 tbsp of olive oil
1/2 cup of fresh basil leaves, lightly crushed
2 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
First, make the marinade. Combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl and stir well to mix.
Transfer the marinade to a dish large enough to fit the chicken in a single layer. Add the chicken and turn them to coat entirely.
Cover with plastic wrap and set aside to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove the chicken and set aside for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Place the chicken over a medium barbecue and cook for about 30-40 minutes, turning frequently.
Serve with salad greens.
