As I compared other coaching programs on the market today, I noticed a common and huge flaw: A lack of true integration of the body, mind, and spirit.
How could a life coach be a “LIFE” coach if she was primarily trained in project management and knew little about health or nutrition? Wouldn’t she ideally need to be educated on all areas of life? Shouldn’t she be able to help you achieve great physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and financial health? (And has she done it herself?)
Then, I thought about my own “education”— about how many different programs and courses I’ve taken just to feel like I have a grasp on it all. (And my learning never ends!)
Why aren’t psychotherapists specifically trained in holistic nutrition, fitness regimens, and herbal remedies since these things are scientifically proven to alleviate a magnitude of mental disorders?
Why aren’t financial advisors prepped for the emotional distress folks sometimes feel when dealing with money matters?
Why isn’t “nutritional education” part of the personal training programs, or vice versa?
Why are so many nutritionists overweight? So many personal trainers single and broke?
Why aren’t life coaches taught how to manage, market, promote and succeed at their own new practice?

I knew that if I found the right team of advisors—all experts in different fields—to help me, we would create a coaching program that would integrate all aspects of health, fitness, relationships, finances, and spirituality! …The SWAT Institute was born!

The SWAT Institute offers an intensive long-distance “virtual classroom” coaching program, guaranteed to provide you with the information, inspiration, intelligence, know-how, and on-going support for you to counsel disempowered women into their greatness—in all areas of their lives!
Structured ideally as a twelve (12) month full-time curriculum, the SWAT Certified Coaching Program is a real time, self-paced program that provides you with the opportunity to implement knowledge, practice, and experience to create and succeed with your own SWAT practice. You have a maximum of three (3) years to complete this program.
The SWAT Certified Coaching Program is divided into three modules:
Module 1 - Building the Temple
This is the foundation for all success. Without great health and vitality, succeeding in other areas will be more challenging. When our bodies are aligned we have the strength to tackle the other parts of life—your money, relationship and sense of purpose and self-love.
The components of module 1 include the study of Anatomy & Physiology, Visualization Nutrition and Psychology.
Each of the three courses is approximately 12-14 weeks based a on part-time study schedule.
(suggested 5 month program: 19 weeks of instruction, 1 week for exams)
Module 2: Empowerment Coaching
Using Crystal’s distinct style of coaching, students are introduced to the higher realms of consciousness and empowerment, while addressing core beliefs, patterns, neurolinguistics, ego, soul, and defining one’s “life’s purpose”. Understanding the “destroyers of success” along with the “keys to success”, they learn first-hand from Crystal how to identify excuses, guilt, shame, blame, anger, and fear, while shifting into courage, willingness, and faith. Students are empowered to develop their intuition, while remaining very grounded and task-oriented.
A more metaphysical module than the module one, studying universal laws, metaphysics, chakras, and energy work, students understand the emotional and spiritual components of success. Students finish up this module with a personal sense of strength to laser in on truth, lies, and solutions! Voice training, imaging, and effective communication, students practice coaching on other SWAT students, then send in three (3) of their recorded coaching calls to be graded.

Module 3: The Business Behind the Business!
Never properly trained with proven marketing techniques for recruiting leads, converting sales, overcoming objections, as well as voice training and building your “brand”, there are countless highly-trained and motivated counselors and coaches struggling to get their own practice off the ground.
At the SWAT Institute, graduates leave with an understanding of internet marketing including social media, branding, web design, strategic business planning and forecasting, while also understanding how to help their own clients—and themselves—achieve financial success.

Upon graduation, a SWAT Certified Coach can continue to receive on-going support via The Crystal Club — the SWAT Membership Site. This includes your own website with an on-line “store”, lead generation and continual support from the SWAT Institute — faculty and students..

Skill-set requirements include: At least six years full-time experience living as an adult on your own! As a SWAT Certified Coach you need at least that experience under your belt to handle the responsibilities of supporting other women in their journey. The 12-Week BODY-MIND-SOUL Total Transformation TeleCourse is a highly-recommended pre-requisite for this diploma program, as is basic CPR and First Aid.
Hardware requirements include: Computer set-up with modem, duplex soundcard, phone line separate from internet access, and either a headset or microphone and speakers to participate in the class. Software requirements include: MS Word 97, 2000, XP Professional or Vista, including an email program supporting attachments. Your computer system will be checked prior to you joining the team to make sure that you can successfully work in the virtual environment.
