To all my wonderful clients and friends,
I have some wonderful opportunities that have come my way and it is simply physically impossible to be in two places at the same time, so I've made the decision to close the Simply Woman Workout Club on .
This decision came with deep soul-searching as I have a love and respect for you—my client, for teaching these classes, and for the magnificent Greenbank Hall. I've never taught in a studio that is so magical and sacred.
This decision truly causes me sorrow but I know many of us will stay in touch one way or another.
If you are a current member or a woman thinking of trying the club for the first time (first visit is always free), we have a Special Closing Promo price for 11 classes that allows for ample time until the end of June. We also offer a pay-as-you go reduced rate as well! Come in and try my class before its too late!

“I LOVE the Simply...Woman WORKOUT Club! I started attending classes during the opening week in September of 2009. I had no idea the total transformation that was about to unfold before me. I have always loved fitness but have never found anything to "hold" my dedication for very long. This workout is very different from anything I had ever experienced before. It is a total body, mind and soul workout and it keeps me coming back for more! I have transformed my body in such a short time and I can honestly say I love how I look AND feel. That is huge! “I joined the Simply Woman Workout Club to try a new class that was close to home. Of course I bought only 11 sessions because I am not a lover of group fitness and I never usually stick to a fitness program longer than about three weeks. Four months later, I am a regular 3 times per week and I feel great! My body is strong and flexible; my mind is clear and focused in a positive direction. This is not your ordinary group fitness class.... it is called Yoga but includes yoga, free weights and pilates all in one workout finished off by guided meditation. You leave the class knowing you have done something great for yourself! Who knew I would find such an amazing class in my own small rural community! Thank you Crystal!”

What I know now is that fitness isn’t just about getting fit . . . it is about learning to love the skin you’re in and to celebrate the body you have “now.” It’s about coming together with like-minded women, discovering how strong you truly are, and creating a habit that will keep you young, energized, passionate, and purpose-driven!
Staying fit, staying focused, and staying positive can be difficult at the best of times. Support is everything. We’ve created a place to help you become the happiest, healthiest you possible!
